DENTAL NURSE required for a lovely specialised Orthodontic practice based in EDINBURGH. FULL TIME position available.
This position would require you to have your Radiography or Sedation qualification or you are about to complete either courses. If you had Orthodontic experience this would be advantageous but not essential.
The practice will also support you if you decided to train as an Orthodontic Therapist.
Your duties will be:
- Supporting the specailised clinician
- Dealing with all patients throughout their treatment
- Working closely with the team
- Making sure that the patient is comfortable during and after treatment
- All cross infection control
- Taking xrays throughout the treatment
- Supporting the clinician with Sedation treatments
This is a fantastic position for an experienced, qualified and GDC registered Dental Nurse who is looking to develop their skills into a different sector of dentistry. If you have an interest in Orthodontics or have a radiography qualification this position is for you.
The practice will support you in every way including paying for your GDC registration and there is also a bonus scheme to show appreciation to the staff.
Please note this position requires you to be an experienced, qualified and registered Dental Nurse.
